Setting up your workflow has never been easier. We've put the essential settings under the BASIC SETUP tab.
1. Select form response sheet
Specify the sheet where the Form Responses are collected. The dropdown menu automatically detects the available sheets for you.
2. Select requester's email column
Make sure your Google Form collects respondents' email addresses. If you haven't set this yet, go back to Step 2 for the instructions then return here when done.
This setting tells the add-on which email address to notify once the approval process is complete. For a multi-step approval process, an email notification would also be sent after each step gets approved.
For use cases where requesters need not be notified at each approval step, you can simply select "No requester" from the dropdown menu.
