• We discovered a bug wherein requests sent back to the requester generate new FWID when resubmitted. This has been fixed in this version.

  • Enabled editing of workflow step conditions and reviewers even if there are pending requests. This was locked in Version 112 to avoid errors in the workflow setup. Due to user requests, workflow creators can now update reviewer email address/es as well as add/remove conditions.

  • Create calendar event
    • Requesters can now set a Google Calendar event for approved requests via a link in the final notification email. Set this up in the Advanced tab of the add-on.
  • Reorder approval steps
    • Approval steps can now have a draggable button for easy reordering. Note that reordering steps is disabled when there are ongoing workflows
  • Specify a column header for final notification emails
    • This allows CC'ing email addresses captured in the Google Form

• Fixed issue with Form Name
  • We identified a bug wherein requests are not automatically routed to the workflow when the Google Form name is changed after add-on activation. This has been fixed and automatic routing of requests is working as normal.

• Fixed drop down issue in sidebar "Email Template Language" section

• Translate email subject to selected language
  • Email subject line remained in English despite selecting a different language in the Advanced tab. This was fixed so subject lines also follow the selected language
  • Email text direction was fixed for Arabic language

  • In Approval auto reminder section: "Remind reviewers to process requests waiting for their approval"
  • In Email Template section, capitalized first letter: "If you don't create your custom template, Form Workflow Plus standard template will be automatically used."
• Fixed issue with reviewer email address in capital case letters
  • We discovered that the backend returned an error when reviewer email addresses were typed in using all capital letters. This caused significant lag when adding reviewer email addresses. This fix made sure the email addresses were converted to lower case letters and processed as normal.

Web App - January 16, 2020 (2.2.2)

• Fixed bug where forms in the Forms page only show for Creators
  • Forms published on the web app are only visible to workflow Creators, this was fixed to be accessible to all users
• Fixed bug where not all workflows appear in the Approvals page workflow filter
  • We've identified and fixed a web app bug wherein filtering by Form (Requests > Forms) name does not return all results and/or the form name is blank
