Here are the quick steps to re-initiate the request:
- Go to the Web App
- Manage Workflows
- Click on the Spreadsheet Name
- Search the Request ID
- Delete Request ID
If, for example, the Request for Approval has gone to the wrong reviewer, the workflow creator may want to run the approval process again without asking the requester to re-initiate the request.
Once you (the workflow creator) have made the necessary corrections on the Approval Steps, please proceed as follows:
1. Delete the Request ID number on your dashboard. Choose to delete Request ID in your spreadsheet as well
2. Refresh Form Workflow Plus side bar. You will then see 1 request "Not Processed"
3. Click "Not Processed". This will create a new FW - ID number. A new Request for Approval email will be sent to the reviewer.
