To help organize the reviewer's tasks, we've added a new feature on the Form Workflow Plus web app! Reviewers can now display custom columns to help them see request details at a glance. These custom columns can also be sorted. Here are the steps to display custom columns:
- Log in to the Form Workflow Plus web app: https://app.formworkflowplus.com
- Go to the Approvals view
- The display custom column button can be found on the upper right hand corner, below the avatar menu
- The Approvals view lists all the pending requests assigned to a reviewer. This means the list would include requests from different workflows. The display custom column button would be gray upon landing on the Approvals view. The reviewer needs to first filter the list of requests by Workflow Name. Hovering your mouse pointer on the button would show a helpful tooltip: To select columns to display, first select a Workflow Name from the drop down list at the top left.
- Click on the Workflow Name dropdown menu to see available workflows or simply type keywords, say, "day-off" and click on the search result
- Once done, the display custom column button would turn blue, as shown:
- Click on the button to display a list of available columns. Simply select those you wish to display:
- Click outside the column list and scroll to the right to see the added columns
- Clicking on the column name would allow you to sort the list, as shown:
