You can easily add users by uploading a CSV list on the Form Workflow Plus web app. This feature allows admins and owners to:
- quickly and easily add users in bulk
- define user roles for each added user
- designate line managers for each added user
The quick steps to upload a users list are as follows:
- Go to the Manage Users page: https://app.formworkflowplus.com/configurations/users
- Click on Upload File
- Download the CSV template
- Edit the CSV template using a text editor or a spreadsheet app (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers)
- Save as CSV
- On the Manage Users page, click on Upload Files
- Navigate to your CSV list and click Import
- Confirm the import process and click Close once the users are successfully imported
- Refresh the user list
Here are the detailed steps for bulk uploading users:
- Go to the Manage Users page: https://app.formworkflowplus.com/configurations/users
- Click on Upload File
- Download the CSV template
- Edit the CSV template using a text editor or a spreadsheet app (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers). The details you can define include:
firstName - user's first name
lastName - user's last name
email - user's email address
lineManager - email address of user's Line Manager/Direct Supervisor
roles - options for roles include USER, OWNER, ADMIN, VIEWER, CREATOR (depending on the subscription, there's a maximum allowable number of workflow creators)
- Save as CSV
- On the Manage Users page, click on Upload Files
- Navigate to your CSV list and click Import
- Confirm the import process and click Close once the process is complete

- Refresh the user list
